Telephone and email support is provided by Innov8tive Services for any faults or issues experienced by the client. The call or email will be received by the service department and logged into the system.
We utilise phone and remote support as the first call of response. Should phone or remote support not provide a resolution, we will schedule and deploy a service technician for on-site rectification.

Remote system support + maintenance

Innov8tive Services offers remote support and problem rectification. All remote service and maintenance works are delivered by certified and qualified service technicians. Our technicians hold all relevant industry certifications to ensure your work is completed efficiently and safely.

On site support + maintenance

All on-site service and maintenance works are delivered by certified and qualified service technicians. Our technicians hold all relevant industry certifications to ensure your work is completed efficiently and safely.
We will accurately document all service work completed on site including relevant site photos and information.
